Delivery
- Delivery Area: We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.
- Delivery Times: For antique items purchased, we aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times vary based on location and availability but are typically completed within 7–10 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are based on the item size, weight, and delivery location. All applicable fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Returns for Antique Purchases
Due to the unique nature of antique items, all sales are considered final, with returns accepted only in specific cases.
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns on antique items only if they are proven to be significantly misrepresented in their description or condition. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
- Return Process: To request a return, please contact us at support@revorn.co.uk with your order number, photos, and a description of the discrepancy. If your return is approved, we will provide you with further instructions.
- Return Condition: Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been damaged after receipt.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except where items were misrepresented in the listing. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Returns for Restoration Services
Our restoration services are customized for each item and, as such, are not eligible for returns once the work has commenced.
- Pre-Service Cancellations: Customers may cancel a restoration booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging items, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
- Reporting Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please email us at support@revorn.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number and photos of the damage.
- Resolution: Depending on the nature of the damage, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and preservation reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized restoration services already completed
- Any items that have been modified or altered after delivery
